    What strategy must we define and put in place, for the Design department, to approach APAC region market, creating true value for customers, at a higher level from competition and financially successful for the organisation?

    A go-to-market framework that can be shared and easily facilitated internally, so teams know how to target each industry vertical (e.g.: retail, health, education) with a promising Design strategy, sustained in organisation’s key capabilities, along timelines and horizons well defined.
