    To improve diverse internal obstacles for employees, at Bank of Portugal.

  • Challenge

    How might we create an internal employee mobile application that can address and solve key existing problems for Bank of Portugal employees, so they can see their experience highly improved and satisfied?

  • Key Tools & Resources

    Paper prototyping, Mural, Google space and tools, Microsoft space and tools, on site objects and artefacts for interviews and immersion exercises, Figma, Envision.

  • Key Outcomes

    The creation of an internal mobile application for Bank of Portugal employees, where they can find quick solutions to important previous problems: lunch ticketing, identify and contact peers or colleagues, track key projects and accountable people, submit professional expenses and track refunds, digitise manual administrative and slow tasks.
